Mr. Peter MONYE is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the company. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from the University of Buckingham, England. He is also a pioneer graduate of the prestigious College of Insurance & Risk Management in Monrovia, Liberia. A beneficiary of the Chief Executive Programme (CEP11) of The Lagos Business School and also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Mr. Peter Monye began his insurance career in 1975 at the National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON) and has at various times worked for Bendel Insurance Company Limited and Intercontinental Assurance Company Limited. He is noted for singular and pioneering achievements from his undergraduate days to the professional field of insurance. He was the first African to be elected as the secretary general of the students union at the University of Buckingham. He was a member of the pioneer Management team of Industrial and General Insurance Company (IGI) that revolutionized insurance practice in Nigeria from the early 90s. His impressive performance paved the way to his appointment as the pioneer Managing Director of Standard Alliance Insurance Company in 1996. It is on record that he turned around the company from a loss making enterprise into a profitable one in two years. In April 2000, he was appointed as the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Fortune Assurance Company Limited where he served for 4 years before his present appointment that took effect from November 2004. Mr. Monye is probably one of the very few who has managed three different insurance companies in the industry.
A member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) and co-editor of the Associations' compendium of "100 years of Insurance Practice in Nigeria". He is a recipient of several distinguished awards such as the Champion Newspapers' 2001 award for outstanding contribution to the development of the insurance industry.

Elizabeth Nwannebuife ADIGWE is the Executive Director (Business Development) of the Company. A woman of excellence, she is a product of the prestigious University of Alberta Edmonton, Canada, where she obtained a Bachelor of Education Degree in Business Education. Mrs Adigwe worked in the computer department of Gulf Oil, Canada, before joining The Lion of Africa Insurance Company Limited in 1979 as an underwriter with emphasis on reinsurance. She has held various technical and administrative positions in the Company. Currently charged with the overall responsibility for business development as Executive Director, Mrs. Adigwe is an Associate member of the Institute of Data Processing (UK) a member of the Computer Association of Nigeria and the American Management Association.

Godwin Ejembi ODAH is a first class re-insurer and a marketer of note. Before joining the services of the company recently as Executive Director (Technical), he has worked with the A & G Insurance Company Nigeria Limited, UNIC Insurance Plc and Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation. An alumnus of the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Mr. Odah is also a diplomat of the West African Insurance Institute, Monrovia, Liberia. In addition, he has an MBA degree in marketing from Lagos State University and a certificate in Administration from College of Administration, Lagos. A fellow of three notable professional bodies, including Chartered Institute of Administration, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management. Mr. Odah has undergone several local and international courses in insurance, marketing, management and reinsurance. He has well over 20 years of practical experience.
